Adobong Liver

Few days ago we went to this place that sell fresh meat, I saw some liver which I love so much. I did not think twice to buy it at all, I was gonna buy two but I said I’ll just get one package and see if I can still make the adobo like I used too. So I marinated the liver with some soy sauce and other spices that I like and cooked it the next day and wow it was delicious I love it a lot. I am hoping to buy another package maybe this week. The place where we got these livers is a bit far from the studio so I have to wait. That’s all for now and you all enjoy your Monday.
