I preheated the oven to 425 and then bake the Cornish for 15 minutes into 425. Then after 15 minutes I turn the oven down to 372 and I bake mine for 30 to 45 minutes. And for my sides I had potatoes boiled in the big pan with chicken broth, with peppers (just a little for taste), then salt and 3 slice of butter. I boiled it until it’s tender and then I smash it but not much. You can do either way if you just want the potatoes whole it’s fine too. When I served the dinner they all love it and I was glad because I didn’t know what’s gonna be the result. That’s all for now and you all have a great time.
Last night I made dinner for my husband and Me. This is my first time to make this kind of dinner and I wasn’t sure how it’s gonna turn out. So on this recipe I had 2 Cornish bird which I cut in the middle to make it cook faster. Then for the sauce I mix one cup of concentrate orange, one cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 tsp. of pepper, 1 tsp. of some spices. You can actually put different kind of spice on the sauce just to make it taste good. I played on my sauce last night and put different kind of spice and turn out really good.
