Dinner Time Honey…..

This is the cook together with all the ingredients I need for our dinner. Today I told my honey that I will go home early so I can prepare our dinner and get the ingredients I need. I have most of the ingredients but there still some that I have to get to the store.

I came home about 4o’clock then prepare all the ingredients. Which usually take a while to prepare. After I have everything ready, I sure didn’t forget to take pictures of me. I look a little bit messy but still I can give you some pose and a smile hehehhehe. OK one picture of me is not enough alright. So I have to take another one just me, well with those things on my background. Sorry it’s messy, that’s just the way it looks after preparing all the ingredients hehehehhehe.

It’s fun to cook when there’s enough place to move around hehehheehhe. And that’s exactly what I feel. I have fun playing on the kitchen, even though I’m alone hehehehhehe.
Anyway I didn’t start cooking right away after I was done preparing all the ingredients. I did wait a little while, picked my stepson at work. Then come home and start cooking our dinner. I haven’t told you what I’m cooking right. I’m making Chicken Delights. A recipe that I found from the blog of Ivy. On her recipe I made changes a little bit, I hope Ivy won’t mind me doing it hehehehhe.

Here’s the ingredients I have prepare:
1.5 lbs. of chicken breast, I cut it into cube.
1 egg
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. rock salt
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 can (567 g) Del Monte pine apple chunks
2 tbsp. Ketchup I used any ketchup
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 green paper
2 celery
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic

1/2 onions

1 tbsp. white cooking wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
Here’s how I did mine:
1. I marinate the chicken with soy sauce and a little vinegar. I added just a little bit of soy sauce and vinegar enough to flavor the chicken. I didn’t use the soy sauce I prepare in the ingredients.
2. I mix the egg, flour, pepper, and the water. Then I put it on the frying pan just to be cook a little. Then I added the chicken and let it set for awhile. I took it out from the frying pan as you all can see at the top picture. Washed the frying pan, I put the stove into medium heat, put some oil. When the oil is hot, I put the garlic. I let is fry for awhile then I put the onions. I let the onion cook a little so I can smell it’s cooking hehehhehe. Then I added the chicken back and I let it cook for awhile. Until the chicken cooked.

3. I added all the sauce and other ingredients except for the chunks pineapple. After adding the ingredients, I let it simmer for about 10 minutes or so. Then I added the pineapple chunks with a little syrup. I didn’t put all the syrup. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes, then there the dinner is ready hehehhehehe.

This is how is looks when I put the chicken into the frying pan together with the onions and garlic. It’s hard to tell since the light makes it looks white. But while I was cooking it sure did look good and can’t wait to taste the chicken.

Also I can’t wait to get the reaction from my honey and stepson. I am happy while doing this dinner. Because this is my first time to try this recipe hehehehhehe. This is the picture after the cooking was done. It’s not really that clear but it sure taste yummy. While I was cooking my stepson said that it’s smells good. That put a smile in my face you know hehehhehe. About 7o’clock we eat dinner. My honey said that it’s delicious and it smells really good.
It always nice to hear nice compliments from someone you know. It’s makes my heart happy hehehehhehe. We eat most it, and my honey had two plate of dinner tonight. So I joked with him and said that “Your really like my cooking huh” hehehhehe and he just said yes I do. I’m really happy with the result of my cooking it was more than of what I expect.
OK that’s all for dinner tonight hehehehhehhe. You might get hungry after reading this post hehehhehe.
